1In a blender , puree flour , salt , milk , eggs , and butter until smooth, about ⏱️ 30 seconds . Refrigerate for 30 minutes or up to 1 day; stir for a few seconds before using.flour: 1 cup, salt: 1/4 tsp, milk: 1.5 cup, eggs: 4, butter: 3 tbsp (melted)
Crepes
-
1Turn on crepiere to level 3-4. The light will turn on during heating. Wait for the light to turn off, indicating the crepiere is heated. Pour the about 1/4 cup of batter into the crepiere using the triangular spreader . Use the wooden spreader to smooth out any overly thick or missing parts.
-
2Wait about ⏱️ 30-60 seconds , depending on thickness and heat, until the crepe is solid but malleable. Use the wooden spatula to flip the crepe (you may need to provide a counterweight using the spreader).
-
3Add whatever fillings your heart desires. Let cook for ⏱️ 1-2 minutes , depending on thickness of ingredients.
-
4Flip the crepe so the top half cooks. Let cook for another ⏱️ 1-2 minutes .
-
5Use the wooden spatula to slide the crepe on to a plate.

📝
Never leave the crepiere without batter for extended periods of time! You must always be cooking _something_. Leaving it on, with nothing to absorb the heat, is how Cooper ruined his first crepiere.

1* Strawberries is about enough for 8 crepes for a lot per person or 1.5 cups for a moderate amount. * Bananas is enough. Only Cooper eats bananas. * Blackberries package. Use fewer of these than strawberries. * 1 serving of cream is perfect for 8 crepes.Strawberries: 2 cups, Bananas: 2, Blackberries: 6 oz, cream
